An Introduction To Mauritius

Mauritius beach

You are about to enter heaven ...

Crystal clear turquoise waters and soft white sandy beaches, thickly wooded mountain peaks which tower above sugar cane plains along a glorious coastline  - that is the beautiful and pictureresque Indian Ocean island of Mauritius. No wonder Mark Twain said: "You gather that Mauritius was made first, and then heaven; and that heaven was copied after Mauritius".

Mauritius ... As far as exotic destinations go, very few even compare to this paradise island. Turquoise blue lagoons lapping onto golden sand beaches, some of the finest hotel resorts in the world and a warm sunny climate (all year round) –  all add to the charm and allure that is Mauritius.

In fact, everyone who’s been knows exactly what Mark Twain was talking about!
